Meigetsuin
Do you know about hydrangea?! Japanese hydrangeas are in bloom in rainy season. In Japan, Beginning in June is rainy season. And the hydrangea is really a calyx in the botanical sense of the term. So it's not flower.
This is Kompeito(Japanese confetti)seems like hydrangea. Those are heavenly colors. You can buy this Kompeito at Toshimaya near the Kamakura station for a limited time from Japanese rainy season.
Meigetsuin in Kamakura is one of the famous spots for viewing hydrangea in rainy season. Of course I went to take pictures of the hydrangea there.
And it features a beautiful Japanese garden as well.
